Lido delle Nazioni
One this beach resort was nothing but a stretch of sand and sea known locally as “ Pialazza or Pialassa”, a name that refers to the wind that often blows in this region.
Today it is made up of wide roads and lots of shops and restaurants concentrated around the beach area.
Lido delle Nazioni is today a tourist resort with lots to do and enjoy.
It is ideal for youngsters. There is a nightclub, five a side football fields, a sailing school (located at the nearby Nazioni lake), which allows you to canoe, row and water-ski. There are also two horse-riding stables where you can ride and learn to ride the beautiful Camargue/Delta horses.
